This year, due to a record number of exhibitors and visitors, the Security Cleared EXPO Bristol will be held at Ashton Gate Stadium.
Conveniently situated in the hub of Bristol City, Ashton Gate is well connected via public bus, train and car.

Ashton Gate Stadium has excellent connections with both local and national rail services.
Bristol Temple Meads: The mainline station is just a 40-minute walk from the stadium and provides direct train services to many parts of the UK, including Wales and Scotland.
A taxi rank is available on the station forecourt, located just outside the main doors. If you require an accessible taxi, please ask a member of staff for assistance.
Parson Street: This station is a 15-minute walk to the stadium and serves much of Somerset, South Wales and Bristol. Keep in mind, Parson Street does not have step-free access, so plan accordingly

Ashton Gate Stadium is has very limited parking and is reserved for Exhibitors.
We have reserved a dedicated car park at Clanage Road, where you can park and use the Complimentary EXPO mini bus service. Please see the "Mini Bus" tab for further details. Alternatively the venue is just a 7 minute walk away.

Please note: Central Bristol, including many roads near Ashton Gate, is now part of a Clean Air Zone (CAZ). Non-compliant vehicles will be charged between £9 and £100 per day to drive within this zone.

We strongly recommend using public transport where possible.

You can park here for free and use the complimentary EXPO minibus service.

We will have three minibuses running continuously between the car park and Ashton Gate from 9:30am to 5:00pm.
The minibus will have an EXPO logo displayed for easy identification.
Parking Information:
Spaces at Clanage Road cannot be reserved. If the car park becomes full, additional parking is available at Bristol Temple Meads train station (pay and display).
If we need to close the Clanage Road car park, the EXPO minibus service will also operate between Bristol Temple Meads and Ashton Gate.
Yes - You will need to be registered to attend, please print or bring your e-ticket on your phone and show this at the EXPO registration desks on arrival along with photographic ID. If you are not registered and do not have photo ID then you will not be permitted entry.
You will not be able to register at the event, registration will close midnight the day before.
All visitors will be required to pass through bag searches.
We therefore ask you to consider keeping bags and possessions to a minimum. Please also consider the size of your bag - we recommend just one small bag or handbag - to minimise the time it takes to search and gain access to the event. When planning your arrival to the venue, we suggest you allow some extra time for security checks.
