The Role
As a Senior Performance Coordinator, you will be pivotal in driving performance reporting and influencing operations within our building maintenance Defence contract. You will work closely with the Performance team and operational teams to develop robust reporting functions, driving metrics and data to enhance our performance.
This position has a clear route of development towards becoming our dedicated Performance Manager.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with the data team to provide data analysis for internal and external reporting.
- Auditing and assessing data in CAFM, recommending improvements for effective system use.
- Proactively identify lean opportunities and suggest actionable improvements.
- Continuously develop contract reporting, delivering monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Support the Performance Manager in developing performance monitoring and measurement techniques.
- Assist the senior team with weekly jeopardy reviews, focusing on outstanding work orders.
- Manage and maintain Performance Team meetings, ensuring minutes and actions are recorded.
- Manage an assistant, conducting regular 1:1 development reviews and providing holiday/absence cover.
- Deliver training on key performance metrics and create memos to enhance performance and quality reporting.
- Ensure and assess data quality, using insights to recommend changes and influence senior management focus.
- Perform performance analysis of the supply chain to support and influence operational engagement.
Qualifications/Skills
- Strong communication skills and professional report writing.
- Strong understanding of a Facilities Management or a similar Maintenance contract
- Experience of leading/supervising others.
- Preferable training in Maximo (CAFM), with a strong understanding of data analysis.
- Proficiency in SQL, PowerBI or Power Query.
- Excellent computer skills and written English.
