Senior Project Manager (London based)

The Role

This is an exciting role to deliver Projects for the MOD across a wide ranging Property Portfolio, including infrastructure project, Plant Asset renewal HVAC, Chillers, Electrical Switch Gear, Life Safety Systems, CCTV and BMS, Hanger upgrades, MEP projects including ULEV, Demolition, and other facilities management services into the UK Defence Sector.

Responsibilities

As Senior Project Manager, you’ll will manage a team comprising of Project Managers and Project Manager Assistants. You will oversee work on a wide range of new projects within the construction sector. You will be working on several projects at any one time dependent upon the scale and complexity of the project.

In this highly varied and interesting role you will oversee and lead projects such as new roof replacement on a building, building refurbishment of staff accommodation and Maintenance Facilities to full New Building construction and listed Building Works.

You’ll ensure the project lifecycle is maintained at all stages and completed on time, within budget and that agreed objectives & KPI’s are achieved.

Qualifications/Skills

Background in one of the following disciplines:
- Civil
- Mechanical
- Electrical
Construction Design Management knowledge
Building Regulations knowledge
Able to gain or maitain SC/DV clearance.
