Project Manager (Contract Wide)

The Role

This is an exciting role to deliver Projects for the MOD across a wide-ranging Property Portfolio, including infrastructure project, Plant Asset renewal HVAC, Chillers, Electrical Switch Gear, Life Safety Systems, CCTV and BMS, Hanger upgrades, MEP projects including ULEV, Demolition, and other facilities management services into the UK Defence Sector.

Responsibilities

• As Project Manager, you’ll will work on a wide range of new projects within the construction sector. You will be working on several projects at any one time dependent upon the scale and complexity of the project.
• In this highly varied and interesting role you take the lead of projects such as new roof replacement on a building, building refurbishment of staff accommodation and Maintenance Facilities to full New Building construction and listed Building Works.
• Reporting into a Senior Project Manager, you’ll will be responsible for the planning, management, coordination, and financial control of projects, ensuring the appropriate governance is applied. You will be supported by both Commercial and Project PMO.
• You’ll ensure the project lifecycle is maintained at all stages and completed on time, within budget and that agreed objectives & KPI’s are achieved.

Qualifications/Skills

• The candidate must have a background within Mechanical, Electrical or Civils.
• Must have experience running multiple projects at any one time.
• The candidate must have DV clearance.
