Power Apps Project Manager

Duration: 3 months initially
Rate: £580-630/day + expenses
The Role:
• Leading one or more teams at a time to successfully deliver on customer solutions
• Managing 1-5 projects in parallel with a budget varying between £500k-5million
• Drive a proactive approach to transition planning, providing early guidance and expectation setting to the teams, to reduce the number of surprises, fire drills and last-minute new requirements/gates and manage the customer project plan interdependencies
• Manage issues and be the customer’s point of contact for transition activities
• Ensuring adherence to cost, schedule and scope constraints by tracking budget and forecast utilizing a formal Statement of Work (SOW)
• Responsible for assisting customers who are delivering projects with the implementation of the test strategy by giving feedback to the project team regarding the findings, problems encountered and define an action plan for their solution
• Carry out knowledge transfer during the project to the clients where they are delivering projects and according to what is defined in the scope
• Indispensable to have personal interaction skills to bring to the management of relationship with the client and stakeholders of the project in an effective way
• Identify risks before they occur; develop and communicate relevant mitigation and avoidance strategies
• Advocating adherence to industry standard processes
• Providing actionable coaching feedback to team members to foster continuous improvement
Responsibilities / Experience Required:
• Senior/Principal Programme/ Project Manager with 8+ years’ experience
• Experience in delivering Microsoft Power Apps projects,
• Execution & expertise with Agile (Scrum / Kanban) methodology
• Experience project managing 1-5 projects of between £500k-5million
• Experience in updating and tracking of key activities on ADO
• Working with offshore teams and managing work through ADO
• Tracking budget and forecasts
