Junior Mechanical / Electrical Engineer

We are looking for a Junior Mechanical / Electrical Engineer to come and work closely with and be part of the Completion’s Teams on a facility near Reading. You will be part of a high activity, intense teaming and agile culture and will work close with the System Engineering Managers, the delivery teams, and the various delivery factions to achieve handover of functional and operational systems.

Potential candidates for this role must be able to obtain and retain Security Clearance to be able to be considered.

• Minimum of a HNC in an engineering, mechanical or electrical discipline

• Be agile to changes and re-prioritisation of needs
• Be a self-starter and know their limits, with a questioning attitude
• Be keen to learn and take on board coaching and mentoring
• Be committed to endure the time frames of commitment to close out of tasks in hand
