Integration Lead for ensuring readiness of all work across NNL Facilities, in the run up to project and task delivery, ensuring all work across a facility is delivered to time and quality standards. The role requires a confident person with experience of delivering work across complex facilities as they will be responsible for dealing with multiple stakeholders at all levels to resolve scheduling conflicts.
Main Responsibilities for Facility Work Integration Lead:
- Responsible to the Integration Manager for providing schedule performance information and supporting the Integrated Planners in developing plans for schedule implementations.
- Engaging with internal stakeholders to ensure understanding of programme requirements and dependencies.
- Responsible for engaging with plant operations and maintenance teams to support and direct the implementation of the work schedule.
- Accountable for engaging with Project Management community to ensure and advise on readiness for inclusion in the integrated planning process.
- Accountable for directing, managing, and initiating, corrective actions for work that is not meeting approved scope, schedule, and cost.
- Support Plant operations in the co-ordination of a cross section of matrixed personnel (Operations, Maintenance, System Engineering, etc.) to ensure the schedule meets due dates.
- Supports the scheduling process, including resolving schedule conflicts
- Manages and directs critical path activities including, support conflict resolution, procurement review, management directions and focus, and coordination of engineering and technical organisations in conflict resolutions, escalating where appropriate.
- Support the Integration Lead on driving improvements across the business relating to Integrated Planning and Outage Management.
- Responsible for providing scheduling analysis to the Integration Lead, Plant Manager, Maintenance Manager, Operations Manager, Technical Support Manager, to enable reporting on performance.
- Preparation of reporting for Lead Team.
Essential Criteria for Facility Work Integration Lead:
- Experience and understanding of Integrated Planning and Outage Management.
- Experience of working with Planning Software (Primavera P6/ MSP).
- Experience of dealing with stakeholders at all levels to resolve conflict.
- Experience of identification and mitigation of risks.
- Experience of using professional risk management software (preferred not essential)
- Ability to chair Integrated Delivery Meetings on behalf of the Integration Lead and ensure correct and targeted decision making.
- Evidence of problem-solving skills at an operational level.
- Ability to understand business needs and their influence on programme delivery.
- Competent in Microsoft Office Packages (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
- Good verbal and written communication.
- Capable of working without supervision to ensure correct decision making.
- Drive, determination, confidence, enthusiasm and a willingness to propose alternatives to established approaches.
- Ability to take on responsibility and use initiative to prioritize and work effectively under pressure.
- Customer centricity – strong customer focus both internal and external.
- Ability to obtain SC level security clearance (this includes but is not limited to identity, employment, financial and criminal record checks plus 5 years’ worth of UK residency).
