What will you be doing?   

In this role you will help provide support to a Cyber Security Engineering and SOC team that provides Managed Security Services, including Protective Monitoring (SIEM), Managed Firewall and IPS services for both Vodafone and its customers.

 

 

• Implement and maintain SOC infrastructure – Analyst systems, SIEM, Log/Event Collection systems and networks
• Investigate threats and vulnerabilities affecting Vodafone network infrastructure
• Configure/Tune SIEM alerts, Managed Firewalls and IPS systems
• Provide in-depth Network support to SOC Analysts and other Cyber Defence, Security and Incident Response teams.
• Support customer deployments, on-boarding and user acceptance testing
   

Who are we looking for?  

• Experience of developing SOC Processes & SIEM platforms
• Strong background in Cyber Security, IT (Linux, Windows, VMWare) or Networks (Cisco/Juniper)
• Developed experience with report generation – Threat Intelligence, Forensics Analysis
• Broad understanding of the Cyber Security Threat Landscape
• Experience within Malware Analysis and Reverse-Engineering is desirable
• Must have or be able to obtain DV Clearance*
