We are looking for a Cost Consultant to join our team in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking team, who are working on sharing innovative solutions.
This position sits within the Consultancy side of our business who work in partnership with the defence sector, national government bodies, international institutions and global prime contractors on enterprise transformation, feasibility analysis, systems engineering, programme delivery and support.
The Cost Consultant role is focussed on working within highly regulated projects across the defence and space sectors. Within this role, you will be required to utilise a number of different methods and tools to provide solutions and analysis for the clients you will be supporting. In this role you will be working as part of a team, and on occasion autonomously to support the clients to ensure value for money and delivery plans are met, using cost modelling and analysis techniques. You will be required to travel to the client’s sites on a regular basis.
The right applicant for this role will be someone who has a consultancy or client side background within a cost analysis and modelling role. You will have experience in developing client relationships and ideally, you will have worked in, or with clients, in the defence sector. You must have proven cost estimating and modelling capabilities, ideally with CCEA and APMP qualifications.

- Candidates will also need to either hold a current SC clearance or be willing and eligible to undergo a Security Clearance check (SC level) upon starting their employment with the company.
- To gain SC clearance you will normally need at least 5 years’ UK residency.
