Configuration Controller & Change Manager
The Configuration Controller is responsible for the configuration and change control of customer specifications, design and manufacturing documentation, product / system / sub-system build standards and parts for all projects.
Location - Bristol
Reports to – Engineering Director (will become the Head of Systems Engineering)
Direct Reports - None.
Security Clearance requirements:

- British National
- No Dual Nationalities (SUKEO Constraint)
Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring that all project documentation is under configuration control
- Maintaining oversight of build standard changes to hardware and software
- Facilitation of the Change Management process – Change Control Board / preparation of Engineering Change Requests, Proposals and Authorisations
- Control of the Bill of Materials and configuration control with the ERP System
- Support to NATO Codification and Marking of Material (labels) (with the ILS Team)
- Generation of End Item Data Packs (EIDP) for each customer product deliverable
- Configuration control of GFA
- Any additional tasks to ensure the success of the role and support to the Business Unit and P3M / Engineering Functions within ESUK.
