The Role: BMC Remedy Consultant

Salary: circa £70K with Car allowance , Bonus and extensive Blue Chip Benefits

Location: Remote (with ability to travel to client site)

 

The Opportunity:

Due to ongoing expansion we have a rare  opportunity for BMC Remedy Consultants with Defence experience to join a Market leading consultancy

The Role:

• Configuring all Remedy Service Level Management scenarios
• Developing Service Catalogue improvements within a Digital Workplace
• Configuring Remedy workflows to support process improvements.
• Remedy development and administration
• Remedy API integration
• Configuring SLAs within Remedy

 

The Person:

• Comfortable  in configuring Remedy Incident, Change, Problem, Config, Service Level Management, Request Fulfilment and Knowledge workflows

• Experience in translating high level process requirements into detailed process implementations within Remedy

• Experience in implementation, installation, configuration and maintenance of Development, Test and Production environments

• Ability to apply product fixes, hot fixes, patches, and configuration changes to support the business processes

• Strong requirements gathering and presentation skills

• Demonstrated and through understanding of ITIL Good practices for Service Asset and Configuration Management
